Confetti
Every birthday party needs confetti as well as balloons. They create a moment of surprise and are exactly the little touch that can change the atmosphere in a second. Of course, any pyrotechnics from our selection—such as rockets or compact fireworks—can do the trick as well, and with an even bigger show. The advantage of confetti, however, is its versatility—you can use it at any time of day, indoors or outdoors.
